  About Us

In the traditions of Slow Food USA and Slow Food International, the Houston Chapter celebrates the enjoyment of wholesome food, fine beverages, and good company.

We are dedicated to the promotion of local producers, artisans, restaurants, and other purveyors and promoters of culinary traditions of all cultures within our community, and of course, to living a slower and more harmonious rhythm of life.
